Role Overview
Job Title: Territory Manager, ART/IVF – UK & Republic of Ireland
Reports to: Area Sales Manager
Location: Field (National)/Home Based
Department/Division: Irvine Scientific division
Overall Purpose:
To maintain our customer base and increase market share in the UK & Republic of Ireland ART/IVF sector. The Territory Manager will be responsible for increasing sales by acquiring new customers and reinforcing our local partnerships.
The role also involves a thorough understanding of the market’s specific challenges and needs, devising a comprehensive business strategy in conjunction with our centralized Fujifilm Europe – Irvine Scientific sales and marketing teams, in order to reach or exceed the company quota.
B. Key responsibilities
Understand the market and the specific challenges
Define market, mapping key companies and stakeholders
Develop relationships with our key accounts
Explore and drive new business opportunities within the UK and Republic of Ireland
Reach sales quota to consistently grow revenue in this market
Provide accurate sales forecasts, competition and market analysis to the Area Sales Manager
Represent Fujifilm Europe and our products at local, national and international events
Propose any marketing requirements for the territory and agree activities that should be in the business plan to support target

Person Specifications
C. Key competencies
Previous sales experience essential, preferably in laboratory reagent and/or equipment.
Bachelor/Master’s degree in biological sciences (embryology is highly desirable)
Knowledge of Assisted Reproductive Technology/IVF sector highly desirable.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven business development and sales track record.
Driven to achieve targets and follow up on all sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent commercial acumen, coupled with strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Adaptable and resilient, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Strong administration, planning and organisational skills.
Full UK Driving Licence
Package
Working Hours: 35 hours per week. Mon – Fri.
Benefits: 15% OTE Performance Bonus, Car Allowance £7200 per annum, Pension (6% Employer Contribution, 3% Employee Contribution), Private Medical Cover, Life Assurance, 25 days holiday (exclusive of Bank Holidays)
