Role Requirements
– Year-on-year sales & market share growth in-line with agreed targets
– Lead the development and execution of territory based key account plans to deliver agreed sales targets
– Annual training plan executed to support the development of team’s product sales and KAM skills
Person Specifications
Life science graduate (desirable)
PMCPA representative’s exam pass
3-5 years’ experience in management within the pharmaceutical field (desirable)
Strong leadership skills and commercial acumen
Customer engagement skills- the ability to understand systems, processes and resources available internally and bring in the right expertise at the right time to drive commercial sales success locally
Ability to apply understanding of the Health Care environment and adapt to the changing customer needs
Commercial signatory (desirable)
Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
