Role Requirements
– Year-on-year sales & market share growth in-line with agreed targets
– Lead the development and execution of territory based key account plans to deliver agreed sales targets
– Annual training plan executed to support the development of team’s product sales and KAM skills
Person Specifications
– National Sales Management or equivalent experience
– People development experience
– ABPI qualified
– Strategic experience and capability to drive the business forward
