National Sales Manager
Role Overview
As our client’s National Sales Manager, you’ll take charge of leading and developing their UK sales strategy in the Cellular Pathology part of the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and key opinion leaders to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen their presence across the UK market.

Role Requirements
-Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 Sales Specialists across the UK
-Develop and execute a winning national sales strategy
-Foster strong relationships with NHS trusts, private labs, and clinical stakeholders
-Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer support teams
Person Specifications
Our client is seeking one of two profiles, each bringing their own pros and cons to this type of hire. They are seeking either:
-Histology/Cellular pathology individual contributor looking for the next step into management
-IVD sales manager from any discipline who knows how to lead a team already
