Role Requirements
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 Sales Specialists across the UK
Develop and execute a winning national sales strategy
Foster strong relationships with NHS trusts, private labs, and clinical stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer support teams
Person Specifications
Histology or cellular pathology specialist ready to step into leadership
OR experienced IVD sales manager with proven team leadership experience
Strong understanding of NHS laboratory sales cycles
Excellent people and communication skills
