Role Overview
Our client are seeking a Nationwide Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a ‘start up’ early in the journey and benefit from the company’s success. You will report to the founders and will play a key role in the company through utilising your own network! The initial responsibilities will include onboarding new dental practices and supporting their growth objectives.

Our client’s goal is to introduce a new product that allows dental practices to compete directly with dental insurance providers.
Role Requirements
The main responsibilities of the role will consist of:
Introducing and explaining the benefits of the Warranty Programme to the key stakeholders of potential affiliate partners, dental groups and dental practices
Promoting and explaining the network via the telephone, video conferencing, in-person visits, webinars and industry conference presentations
Onboarding of new dental groups, practices and issuing dentists
Providing day-to-day leadership, focus and support to our dental partners
Person Specifications
Experience of managing successful projects
A flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business
A tenacious, driven and enthusiastic attitude to achieve goals
The ability to travel when required, including overnight stays if necessary
