Role Requirements
Manage and grow the pipeline of opportunities within your region
Lead and coordinate the full sales process from initial contact to closing
Act as Account Manager to maintain and nurture customer relationships
Deliver both field and remote customer training sessions
Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to promote activities and develop national key accounts
Take ownership of after-sales support and technical expertise delivery
Conduct business reviews and maintain scheduling tools for efficient planning
Contribute to internal team development by training TNM Specialists Level 1 and 2
Represent the region in the absence of the Sales Manager
Person Specifications
University degree (Bac+4/5), ideally in Physical Measurements, Engineering, or related scientific disciplines
Several years of sales experience in scientific or industrial sectors, preferably within NDT
Strong technical understanding and experience with NDT tools (UT Level 1, 2, or 3 certifications advantageous)
Energetic, results-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English, with strong self-organisation and motivation
Willingness to travel and valid Class B driving licence
Solution-oriented with a proactive and team-focused approach
