Company Information

We are hiring a Nurse Advisor/Implementor to join our client who operates with the most comprehensive portfolio of glucose monitoring solutions. They are looking for someone with a diabetes/nursing background to join their team.
This is a Hybrid role including patient set up and training on Continuous Glucose Monitor and Insulin Infusion Pump (to be launched later this year)
Territory: North of England – ideal location Leeds, Manchester area
Key responsibilities:
– To have a combination of face to face meetings with patients and HCP’s and follow up support via VC and phone
– To ensure that sales lead demonstrations and patient set ups are implemented correctly.
– Patients and HCPs are followed up and supported in the appropriate manner
– To ensure the management of user error or a true product complaint
– Ensure that customer records are kept up to date at all times
– Ensure that all company equipment, including car is kept in a clean and well-maintained condition.
What they are looking for:
– Experience in Health Care / NHS, diabetes knowledge desirable, clinical background desirable.
– Ideal candidate will live around Leeds, Manchester / M62 corridor
– Good communication and presentation skills
– High degree of empathy
