Role Overview
You will manage and lead the operation unit, optimising stock efficiencies and responsible for all operational staff in their Surrey location.

Role Requirements
Be an ambassador and exemplar for the business as a key member of the UK Leadership Team.
Manage and lead operational employees, with responsibility for all operational staff.
Continuously analyse stock safety level and adjust to optimize stock efficiencies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets by managing the order to delivery lifecycle.
Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the market, value chain, applications and processes to exploit all available business opportunities.
Be able to interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups.
Person Specifications
3-5 years’ operational leadership experience.
Previous experience of 1st line people management, ideally in the medical device sector.
Demonstrated success in operational performance.
Familiarity with SAP and its utilisation.
Can evidence success in managing down order to delivery time.
