Company Information

Are you a Lab Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader/ Leader with experience in GMP/ GXP?

We are currently looking for an experienced manager looking for a new opportunity within a growing team for one of the leading life science/ pharma companies globally.

Role Requirements

– Meet delivery turnaround times
– Manage a team of Material Handlers
– Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members
– Support and encourage the PPI (Practical Process Improvement)
– Take accountability for timely production quality output
– Develops strategic and tactical plans for the site.

Person Specifications

– Manufacturing, distribution and operations background
– Supervisor/ Team Leader level of leadership/ management
– GMP/ GXP experience
– Working for a pharma company (ideally in a clinical trials division)
– Experience with continuous improvement (LEAN/ Six Sigma)
– Scientific degree
– self-starter – Eager for a new challenge within a growing team
