A fantastic role for someone with strong microbiology experience to move into a Product Manager role.
The overall objective of the role is to be responsible for the product management and operational activities for the clinical manual laboratory tests including reagents, instruments, software and services.

A fantastic role for someone with strong microbiology experience to move into a Product Manager role.
The overall objective of the role is to be responsible for the product management and operational activities for the clinical manual laboratory tests including reagents, instruments, software and services.
Your main responsibilities will be:
– Prepare product launch file according to strategy defined by marketing manager and manage the life cycle management of the portfolio( SAP product creation, change management, manage PPO process, assure Marketing quality process and customer communications track and record in LLDC ).
– Development of Marketing Plans. To prepare and propose commercial targets for the product range for considered review and approval. Management and control of costs, revenues and profitability for the product range.
– Spend time in the field on a regular basis (30-40% of time) subject to operational demands, working both independently and together with the commercial team in support of the business, to prepare compelling and credible ‘why buy’ messaging and argumentation, and market test before market product launch.
– Support of the other functions in the organisation, in order to back up the offer design by marketing; check that plan and organisation of these functions are adequate to deliver the designed offer. (sales forecasts, product allocation, logistic, sales administration , Price list update, …)
– Interact with sales force, Marketing Manager …support for sales meetings, product meeting and local congresses
– Continuously follow courses, trainings etc…about the company’s products and competition to become the local expert in the defined product ranges.
Experience:
– High scientific education, good knowledge and understanding of industrial microbiology techniques. Both Scientific and Marketing or Sales background
Skills and Qualifications:
– Knowledge of MS Office, digital & social network, able to understand microbiology and laboratory workflow
– Able to organize local meetings
– Able to make local study evaluation protocols
– Able to work in an international environment,
– Proven sales and/or marketing experience is desirable
– Driver license
– Language skills: ENG, FR is an asset
