Product Manager - Northern Europe
Role Overview
In your role as Product Manager for Northern Europe, you will report into Marketing Manager for Northern Europe. You will act as a key partner, and source of information/knowledge for the products, acting as first point of support for sales organisation, supporting customer visits, technical/product questions, and the tender process.
In this role you will also support new developments and execute launch plans for new product introductions. Furthermore, you will support and manage the messaging and content for trade shows, user meetings and sales meetings.
What you’ll be doing:
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of marketplace trends and competitor strategies, driving development of appropriate supporting materials.
Responsible for enhancing product knowledge and expertise of the teams, in conjunction with Learning & Development.
Supporting and implementing internal/external marketing and sales tools as required.
Implements the cluster tactical marketing plan to promote growth and to achieve business and strategic plan objectives.
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key customers / accounts.
Acts as customer advocate, understanding and communicating customer needs effectively, including technical requirements.
Supports development and executes launch plans for new product introductions

Person Specification
What you’ll need to succeed:
BSc relevant scientific degree. MSC/PhD preferable
3+ Years sales or marketing experience, in the healthcare or IVD industry and should have worked with laboratories and hospitals across Northern Europe.
Experience within Clinical Laboratories will be required.
English mandatory and a second language would be desirable
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills – ability to apply problems solving skills to potentially abstract scenarios and manufacture an appropriate response/action to resolve.
Influential & Lateral Leadership – builds strong reputation and credibility with sales organisation and customers without holding formal authority towards the stakeholders.
