Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing and growing the Cellular/Molecular Pathology portfolio, driving both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.

Role Requirements
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to grow the Cellular Pathology portfolio.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and competitor insights.
Provide product training and support to the sales team.
Manage the full product lifecycle from development to commercialisation.
Work cross-functionally with regulatory, R&D and commercial teams to ensure compliance and drive innovation.
Lead product launches, marketing campaigns and pricing strategies.
Person Specifications
Experience in product management within clinical diagnostics or the broader life sciences industry.
Scientific degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
