JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES:
· Reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Director

· Write a marketing plan for each product group

· Communicate the vision and value of all products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.

· To include Product Messaging, including Positioning, Features & Benefits and Unique Selling Proposition (USP), white papers, presentations, collateral, competitive analysis

· Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts.

· For new products, work with Beta sites to generate customer success stories

· Work with UK & International Key Opinion leaders (KOL’s) to help build awareness and adoption of all products & Write detailed product launch plans

· Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data

· Work with PR agencies at relevant and appropriate times

· Use market research data to establish and set product pricing

· Working with all relevant departments to ensure the product is effectively introduced to the market and continues to be successful

· Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences

· Help to carry out market testing of new products

· Research competitor offerings and utilise findings to update into the marketing plan

· Review inventory levels and work with The Buyer to ensure product availability

Candidate Profile:
My client is seeking an experienced Product Manager within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
The role will require travel to the office in High Wycombe and also regular national and international travel
