Role Overview
The role involves administering customer training, offering ongoing support, updating training materials, maintaining expertise in clinical and laboratory support, creating and updating diverse documentation, ensuring comprehensive sales support, and conducting field-based activities for Digital Pathology products, encompassing demos, trials, and product presentations as needed.

Role Requirements
-Administer & deliver digital pathology products customer training courses
-Provide ongoing training, care and support for the digital pathology products customer base when required (remote & field)
-Update training course material to reflect new practice
-Maintain competency to support product in both clinical and laboratory environments
-Create and update documentation relating to product, training, installation, SOPs & regulatory issues
-Ensure sales activities are fully supported trained, and adhere to departmental & company processes
-Field based support of sales activities – to include demos and trials, product presentations, lunchtime/evening meetings as & when required
Person Specifications
-Experience of on-site and remote IT support
-Knowledge and experience of cellular pathology and fluorescence imaging concepts and workflow
-Troubleshooting skills
Desirable
-Working knowledge of digital pathology products
