Role Overview

In this exciting role, you will project manage the strategic capital expenditure project for the delivery and implementation of an automated manufacturing line. The Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination and control of the project, maintaining schedules, budgets, resources and project deliverables throughout the implementation of the new equipment.

Role Requirements

– To create a project management plan for the delivery and installation of the new equipment.
– To work with key stakeholders in defining the project scope, goals & deliverables.
– Maintenance of the project budget, identifying and notifying risks to key stakeholders.
– Lead meetings and setting expectations for the project team.
– Oversee the implementation plan, monitoring and adapting as required.

Person Specifications

Qualifications:
– Essential: Qualified in Project Management in Manufacturing (PMP) or equivalent.
– Desirable: Engineering Qualification to degree level or equivalent

Experience:
– Manufacturing environment
– Fast moving production environment
– Contract negotiation
– Project management of major Capital Expenditure
