Role Overview

You will deliver and support RBDS decontamination solutions, lead deployment projects, mentor apprentice technicians, and travel internationally to meet global service needs.

Role Requirements

Receive comprehensive training on RBDS equipment and services to deliver safe, high-quality decontamination solutions.
Support and lead large-scale RBDS deployment projects after a shadowing period, managing planning and delivery.
Develop deep expertise in RBDS procedures to support operational and administrative functions effectively.
Oversee and mentor a small team of apprentice technicians, taking on leadership responsibilities.
Travel internationally on short notice to meet global service demand and collaborate with subsidiaries and distributors.

Person Specifications

Full driving licence and valid passport.
Experience working in the healthcare sector is ideal.
Willing to travel, often staying away Monday-Friday.
Good communication and organisational skills are essential as is the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
A positive, flexible and results orientated approach.
