You will be responsible for managing the customer experience and relationships to drive excellence and maximise customer satisfaction.

Excellent Opportunity for a Diagnostic Salesperson selling the companies highly prestigious and clinical impacting automation platforms within haematology and coagulation.
Role Requirements
– Providing day-to-day account management and contract issue resolution support to Customers.
– Delivering reviews including KPI performance reports.
– Managing and co-ordinating the resolution of technical service, product and application support issues at customer accounts.
– Identifying and delivering business development opportunities.
– Protect existing business.
– Deliver growth though development and diversification of business.
– Planning and forecasting.
– Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders and regional team members.
– Contract Management.
Person Specifications
– Hold a full UK driving licence
– Previous Account Management or Sales experience (in the In Vitro Diagnostic industry)
– Experience working in the diagnostics space
– General knowledge in MS Office products
– Self-motivated mentality
– Complex data analysis
– Negotiation skills
