Role Overview

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Regional Account Manager role involves selling hearing systems into secondary care within the NHS to establish accounts in the discipline of ENT and Audiology. Building strong loyal business relationships by working closely with surgeons, audiologists, nurses and other linked specialities and charities.

Our client are a leading supplier of leading supplier of cochlear implants and bone conduction hearing solutions. They are well-established within audiology and sound processing and are looking to strengthen their sales team. You will be taking over a high performing territory within a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Role Requirements

– Identify selling opportunities and sell products in line with the overall strategic plan
– With support of Sales Manager to create, manage and adapt territory plan to achieve territory sales target
– Develop the business with customers via sales appointments, attending sociable dinners and events and networking when attending exhibitions and events
– Be able to consultatively sell via face-to-face meetings and virtual meetings.
– Initiate a high standard of expertise with each customer in technical, clinical and product knowledge by initiating training opportunities

Person Specifications

– Proven sales ability within a niche product arena (Technical Sell)
– Ideal: ENT surgical experience/nurse experience/dental implant experience
– Some Theatre experience or understanding of expectations
– Good understanding of NHS procedures, finance and protocols
– Good direct and virtual sales skills

Package

– Salary dependant on experience
– Bonus paid quaterly – OTE 35%
– Company car
– 25 days holiday + BH
