Regional Sales Manager
Role Overview
You will be based in Austria, leading field sales of their new generation sensing technology to customers across the South East DACH region,
Your performance will be measured against your delivery of agreed commercial targets.

Role Requirements
Drive commercial growth and awareness.
Lead a team of field-based sales professionals.
Defining and implement a strategic and tactical business plan.
Work with INSS, FAS and CS to identify new market opportunities within the region.
Have a deep knowledge of funding cycles and decision-making processes.
Manage relationships with key opinion leaders across broad fields of research interest.
Person Specifications
Willing to undertake at least 50% travel.
A BSc (ideally in life sciences) and knowledge of the genomics and life sciences field.
Prior experience of working with research/life science departments is preferred.
Proven abilities as a field-based commercial professional and a talent for motivating remote teams to achieve high levels of performance.
Confident working under pressure with minimum supervision in a matrixed sales and service environment.
