Regional Sales Manager
Role Overview
My client are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Regional Sales Manager to sell their products into hospitals, establish and develop new markets and continue to develop business in existing markets to generate revenue to meet targets within the region.

They dedicate every day to the innovation and developing of imaging solutions that enable clinicians to provide improved healthcare in leading institutions.
Role Requirements
– Identify new business opportunities in hospitals and other accounts in assigned territory through a mix of qualified leads and self-generated leads
– Close business in both new and existing customers
– Work with the Clinical Application Team in the assigned territory, when needed, with clinical tasks in the field
– Ensure positive ongoing customer experience
– Determine potential for upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing customers within assigned territory
– Manage relationships with key physicians and key influencing hospitals within the territory
– Actively manage new and existing client relationships via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, keeping the CRM updated with all pertinent customer information and sales activities
– Attend regional, national and international shows/events
Person Specifications
Knowledge and Experience:
– At least two years of experience in sales within a medical devices company, experience in ultrasound medical devices would be desirable
– Experience in selling to hospital staff
Skills and Abilities:
– Shows determination to achieve results and set quotas
– Committed to honesty and integrity
– Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
– A self-motivated worker requiring minimum supervision
– Excellent negotiation skills
– Flexibility with regard to a fast paced environment and changing priorities
– Fluent in English and relevant local language(s) for the region
