Regional Sales Manager
Role Overview
The Regional Sales Managers primary role is to drive growth and increase sales of our clients Water Quality instrumentation into Power, Municipal
Water, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences, Semiconductor and Industrial markets. The RSM is responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities and supporting existing customers.

Role Requirements
Responsible for increasing sales growth and installed base in the Municipal Water, Power, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Industrial, Semiconductor and other markets
Responsible for achieving/exceeding annual sales targets and objectives for sales in these markets.
Proactive account management and ability to make sales appointments and penetrate accounts at all levels to promote and support companies instrumentation. Develop and build relationships with end users and key decision makers ensuring regular face to face contact through on-site meetings.
Travels throughout the assigned sales region and occasionally the UK to meet with established and prospective customer contacts to create demand
Activities include conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations/evaluations and other customer-facing activities – meetings, workshops, lunch and learns, attend industry events.
Person Specifications
· Degree in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Life Sciences/or a related sciences field (or equivalent Pharma industry experience).
· Minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven track record in Sales/Business Development role or Key/strategic/global Account Management role, including a consistent successful record in sales and consultative solution selling
· Experience with sales of analytical instrumentation is preferred.
· Knowledge of core market for water systems and water quality online instrumentation used in Pharma Market.
· Full, valid, clean driving licence and ability to travel extensively within the UK.
