Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager for the DACH region. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Big Pharma. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Our client provides researchers and scientists with multiplex biomarker assays for tissue phenotyping and digital pathology. Their technology enables advanced exploration and interrogation of tissue samples for precision medicine research.
Role Requirements
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the DACH region.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
– Identify new business opportunities and work collaboratively with the marketing team to capitalize on these opportunities.
– Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of their products.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to develop effective sales plans.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
– Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
– Participate in regional and international conferences and trade shows to promote our clients products and brand.
Person Specifications
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business). Advanced degrees are preferred.
– Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on Big Pharma.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Strong understanding of the DACH market and regulatory landscape.
– Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus.
– High degree of self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.
– Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

– Flexible Base Salary Dependent on Experience
