Sales and Marketing Administrator
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales or customer service who thrives on building and nurturing customer relationships rather than hard selling. You’ll be pivotal in supporting our business growth through customer outreach, event follow-up, marketing efforts, and developing new opportunities.
This is a part-time position, open to a variety of hours depending on what suits you and the businesses needs.
Role Requirements
· Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of industry events.
· Reach out to customers post-event to follow-up leads generated during industry events and conferences.
· Assist in promoting the UK Academy and its programs, ensuring the brand reaches the appropriate professional audience.
· Manage post-webinar communications with participants, ensuring follow-ups are timely and effective.
· Proofread and review marketing materials, collaborating with the Marketing Team in Germany to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure effective communication of new product launches, achievements, and company updates.
· Create and support the UK Team with high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
· Research and conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, track competitor activities, and explore new industry opportunities to expand our customer base.
Person Specifications
· Prior experience in a sales or customer-focused role, with confidence in initiating phone calls.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build rapport.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with CAS or similar CRM/database management systems
· A self-starter who’s comfortable with independent research and takes initiative in finding new customers.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit materials.
· Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
