Company Information

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing orthopaedic distribution company which has seen extremely strong performance since its inception.

They specialise in supplying innovative osteosynthesis products to the orthopaedic community with a particular emphasis on extremities and fragility fractures throughout the skeletal system. The company represents a number of leading research-focused manufacturers from Europe and the rest of the world to bring the latest technology and techniques available in the field of fracture fixation to the United Kingdom.

Role Requirements

The role would work closely with the regional Account Managers providing case support and finding new opportunities.
Providing case support in the operating theatre.
Build relationship with key clients- surgeons, nurses and theatre staff in hospitals.
Building strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS & private medical sector – these include, hospitals consultants, junior doctor roles, theatre managers, scrub and nursing staff
Help identify and create opportunities to grow the business in competitor accounts
Take a creative and collaborative approach to new business development and to retain business for both current and future technologies that Lavender undertake
Conducting trials and evaluations of product in theatre
Providing in theatre product support
