Sales & Brand Manager - Biomaterials

This role will be working in the field and will be directly dealing face to face with clients. The job requires a very high level of motivation, drive, flexibility and responsiveness, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization with the ability to manage their diary and cope with a heavy workload. Customer services skills are a key factor to this job role.
Main Duties
• Recommending strategies to position the brand for growth
• Liaising with HQ to develop the brand further in the UK
• Liaising with Education Institutes and build partnerships to promote use of the products
• Liaise with Territory Manager’s and Regional Manager’s to exchange leads and provide support
• Establishing and developing relationships with existing and potential new clients
• Developing relationships with Key Opinion Leader’s in the field
• Organising and running training on the products
• Lead generation through cold calling, Sales Navigator and events
• Follow up on leads through field visits, phone calls and emails
• Managing own diary to effectively utilise time and maximise sales
• Develop an understanding of the biology and physiology related to dental implants through training and self-study
• Ability to create bespoke solutions based on customer needs
• Troubleshooting with dental professionals should they have any issues
Candidate profile:
Essential Skills:
• Sales experience with track record of sales success in brand management
• Experience of working as part of a team and the ability to co-operate with other team members to make a significant contribution
• Experience in managing a brand with demonstrable growth
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to take on and process technical and scientific information
• Ability to adapt quickly and work flexibly to achieve sales targets
• Possess good IT systems knowledge in MS Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint, CRM, PowerBI
• A confident self-starter, someone who is highly motivated and capable of managing their own workload to get the job done
Preferable
• Ideal candidate may have dental or medical sales experience (not essential as training will be provided)
