Role Overview

As a sales executive, you’ll spend a considerable amount of time out in the field visiting existing and new customers on a regular basis to develop and renew relationships and extend their customers target areas, largely through product promotion and increasing sales! This role covers the Oxford area.

We’re working with a company that has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join their sales team selling and promoting their healthcare product range, whilst increasing overall brand awareness.

Role Requirements

Key duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Managing existing end-user accounts and establishing new business in the territory
• Travel throughout the territory regularly in order to conduct regular customer visits to increase sales
• Building up in-depth knowledge of company and competitor products
• Identifing new market opportunities and increasing sales
• Handling customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Attending conferences and trade shows as required

Person Specifications

They would be looking for an individual with:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience of strategic thinking and analytical ability in a complex area
• Knowledge and understanding of the management and delivery of healthcare services
• Proactive approach and self-starting spirit to challenges in the market
• Degree level education with extra consideration for business/science related disciplines
• Fluency in English
• Experience of working to and achieving targets
• The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-level business partners

Package

In terms of package, a competitive salary of up to £55,000 is on offer, along with a company car, pension scheme, PHI and bonus, details to be confirmed.
