Role Overview
To assist in the continued expansion of their business, they are looking to recruit an experienced sales manager with an interest in veterinary orthopaedics and neurology, to help drive business forward by bringing in new accounts.

Zenopa are recruiting on behalf of a growing veterinary orthopaedic and neurological company that operates in a niche yet global market. Their focus is on bringing innovative animal health-tech products to the veterinary market and supporting these products with comprehensive user training. Internationally over the past two decades they have developed strong relationships with a number of key orthopaedic surgeons, who are instrumental in the continued development of their range of products.
Role Requirements
This varied role will be based remotely but will involve travel to the UK office along with visits to clients/prospects both in the UK, EU.
You will be working within a close-knit and supportive team based in the UK and North America.
You will work closely with the General Manager and the Sales and Marketing Manager to implement a sales strategy for the territory moving forward.
Being self-motivated and an ability to generate your own leads is essential as is the ability to work with autonomy over your accounts.
You will be dealing directly with veterinary surgeons, nurses and practice management to promote the value and benefits of our novel veterinary orthopaedic and neurological products.
In addition to the direct sales element of the role, you will be expected to work closely with the UK team to design and implement a sales and marketing strategy designed to drive new sales, and increase awareness of the business its products, and services.
– Product workshops.
Working within the team of partner surgeons and international partners, you will assist in the scheduling and organisation of a series of surgeon workshops within the territory. This will include ensuring all logistical requirements are met, including AV needs, instruments etc. Liaising with venues, and aiding with budgetary planning and management
– Trade Shows
Working closely with the team, you will identify opportunities for us to attend/participate (workshops/presentations) at scientific congress within the territory, and ensure that logistical requirements are met including demo items and literature requirements etc.
Person Specifications
– Animal Health Sales experience
– Ideally experience working with the Vet Corporate groups
– Knowledge of Orthopaedics would be preference
