Role Overview
As the Sales Manager, you will sell branded generics products to wholesale, retail, tender and hospital channels across Germany. This is a start-up business so your focus will be on driving growth across their key customer base.

Role Requirements
Fulfil tender management duties, making sure that product purchases fit the demands, budgets, compliance requirements, and organizational values of the customer.
Create Marketing measures and Sales strategies that build and expand the customer base.
Plan the launch & post launch of product supplies, securing supply contracts with customers.
Engage with customer to identify new product opportunities and develop customer relationships.
Lead a team of people across Quality, Supply Chain, Finance & Customer Service.
Person Specifications
You will need previous Sales and Marketing experience in Germany
You will be self-driven and result oriented, with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
