Sales Representative
Role Overview
Our Sales Representatives will be instrumental in driving growth. As our current portfolio is made up of prescription medicines, we need to connect with healthcare professionals (doctor, nurses, pharmacists etc.) to introduce these new treatment options to them, and to share more about the men’s health resources we’re constantly developing.

Founded in February 2021 with the acquisition of Testavan® and Vitaros® from Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Androlabs is a fast growing global men’s health pharmaceutical company. Our products are commercialised in 20+ countries throughout Europe, the UK and Australia.
Role Requirements
Does this role involve traditional sales calls?
No – these are not cold calls to unwilling stakeholders. Healthcare professionals, especially the specialists we frequently connect with, are usually open to hearing about new treatment options – especially where there are clear advantages for switching from the treatments they usually prescribe, like increased efficacy, quality of life or cost.
This role also doesn’t prioritise in-person, physical meetings, with lots of commuting. We prioritise virtual engagement, allowing for more relationships to be built across regions.
Who will the sales reps work with?
Sales representatives will work closely with sales development representatives (SDRs). Sales development representatives will connect with healthcare professionals and their teams, setting up discovery calls and “product briefs” for their sales representatives.
Your scope of activities will cover:
Engage with key prescribing stakeholders
” Leverage CRM tools to prioritise engagement with known stakeholders in your area
” Send emails to and call specialists and nurses in order to answer questions, provide support for their treatment decision making, and to build relationships
” Deliver product briefs (virtually or in clinics) and share supporting materials
” Track engagement with key stakeholders in our CRM system
Continuous improvement
” Maintain a clear set of objectives and KPIs
” Record and share learnings and insights so that each interaction can be more effective than the last; and to support our marketing efforts

Person Specifications
Must-haves:
” Previous experience engaging with German healthcare professionals (e.g., as a sales rep)
” Passion for engaging with people
” Ability to build relationships over the phone and in person
” Excellent communication skills (English and German)
” Positive attitude
” Ability to work as a team
” Genuine interest in growing a men’s health platform
” Willingness to travel (when necessary – we estimate much of the role can be completed remotely)
Prefer to have:
” Previous German sales experience (esp. promoting to specialists)
” Experience with medical / pharmaceutical industry (esp. urology/andrology)
” Previous experience working with a CRM system
