Sales Representative
Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving growth within their current portfolio across prescription medicines. The client base is healthcare professionals (doctor, nurses, pharmacists etc.) with the aim to introduce new treatment options to them, and share more about the men’s health resources my client are constantly developing.

Our client are a fast growing global men’s health pharmaceutical company with products in over 20 countries throughout Europe, the UK and Australia.
Role Requirements
Engage with key prescribing stakeholders
Leveraging CRM tools to prioritise engagement with known stakeholders
Send emails to and call specialists and nurses in order to answer questions, provide support for their treatment decision making, and to build relationships
Deliver product briefs (virtually or in clinics) and share supporting materials
Maintain a clear set of objectives and KPIs
Record and share learnings and insights so that each interaction can be more effective than the last; and to support our marketing efforts
Person Specifications
Previous experience engaging with healthcare professionals (as a Sales professional)
Passion for engaging with people
Ability to build relationships over the phone and in person
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude
Ability to work as a team
Experience with medical / pharmaceutical industry (esp. men’s health / urology)
