The Field Sales Representative plays a key role in promoting and selling an innovative autoimmune diagnostics portfolio across North Rhine-Westphalia. This role involves building strong customer relationships to expand the company’s market presence and drive their sales success in the region.

Role Requirements
· Spend four days per week on the road, visiting customers.
· Drive sales and market development for the autoimmune product portfolio by Identify and developing new business opportunities in the region.
· Maintain customer relationships.
· Provide technical and application support to customers.
· Stay up to date with market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and application specialists.
Person Specifications
· A minimum of a BSc in a life science subject.
· At least 1 year of experience in diagnostics sales or technical support (preferably in autoimmune or related fields).
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
· Fluency in German and English.
· Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
