Role Overview
Promote Orthopaedic, Imaging and Ophthalmic products to customers across the NHS, private practice and elite sports in order to achieve the quarterly territory targets, across the South West
Company Information
We are recruiting for an Medical Sales Representative role working for a market-leading pharma and biotechnology company. They are responsible for marketing rheumatology and ophthalmology product ranges in the UK and Ireland
Role Requirements
· Negotiate pricing and agreements across a matrix of departments within the healthcare services
· Attend conferences and exhibitions both regionally, nationally and internationally, providing expert guidance and information to delegates
· Build and maintain relationships with customers
· Gather information on current markets, competitor activity and account status
· Develop excellent product and industry knowledge (including selling skills and understanding the complexities of the NHS structure)
Person Specifications
Bachelor degree in biomedical sciences/business management/sports science
An ability and desire to learn
Bright, ambitious and highly motivated
Confident in a customer facing capacity
Punctual and highly organised
Uk Driver’s Licence
Ideally based in the following: Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Bristol, West Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, Wilshire or North Somerset
Package
£30K-£45K base salary
Uncapped Bonus Scheme (£10,000 OTE uncapped, £20,000 @ OTE+10%)
Car Allowance (£6,000 per annum)
