Territory: South UK

Role Requirements

– Implement Sales Strategies on territory to meet & exceed territory sales targets and position Roche Tissue Diagnostics as the provider of choice for our Cellular pathology Accounts.
– Identify market development and changes in NHS accounts on your territory (procurement, tendering, formulary processes, and NHS processes) to maximize opportunities.
– Contributing to commercial excellence, ensuring that tender bids are financially sound and competitive, and submitted on time.

Person Specifications

– Diagnostic Sales Experience (desirable within tissue diagnostics)
– Educated to degree or equivalent
– Proven troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service
– An effective communicator

Desirable:
– Familiarity with Tissue Diagnostic products and instrumentation
– Experience / understanding of Digital Pathology and Cellular Pathology practices & workflows.
– Knowledge of laboratory IT solutions (e.g. Vantage, Virtuoso, UPath)
– Experience of training laboratory personnel
– Experience of implementing good laboratory practice to ISO 15189
– Knowledge / understanding of communication protocols e.g TCP/IP, HL7, ASTM and/or digital microscopy / optics would be an advantage.
