You will sell this company’s diagnostics portfolio to NHS customers across the South West of England.

This company is a major global market player in supplying tools and technologies for disease identification. They have also been expanding their competencies in genomics and data-driven medicine. Some of their specialist offering includes insulin monitoring devices and pioneering and sophisticated molecular testing.

Role Requirements

Lead the account sales strategy for the South West territory, collaborating with various internal teams.
Build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders.
Develop innovative strategies, managing tender procurements, and engaging with decision-makers at all levels.
Stay informed about market developments in the NHS landscape to maximize opportunities and minimise threats.
Ensure sales methodology is delivered on time and in full, employing self-discipline and creativity.

Person Specifications

Have a BSc/BA degree or equivalent.
Have previous experience in Blood Sciences.
Be proficient in using digital sales engagement tools to achieve commercial excellence.
Be skilled in overcoming barriers to acceptance of new solutions and driving positive sales outcomes.
Be resilient, adaptable, and flexible in changing environments.
A valid full driving license is required.
