Company Information
Our client, a worldwide IVD leader is looking for someone to be responsible for all sales activities of their Transplant and Transfusion products across the South West up to Manchester.
Role Requirements
· Manage all sales activities from lead generation through to deal closure.
· Achieve territory revenue and profitability goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with Technical Services, Marketing, and Quality teams to deliver consistent product and service excellence.
· Oversee tender processes in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Tender Specialist.
Person Specifications
Ideal Experience
1. Transfusion sales experience (preferred).
2. Experience in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sales, OR an experienced transfusion lab professional looking to transition into sales.
Desired Skills
· Strong technical knowledge of transfusion products.
· Proven sales skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
· Familiarity with the NHS and private lab landscape.
Package
· Bonus: £7,000-£8,000.
