Sales Specialist
Role Overview
You will sell molecular diagnostic solutions to NHS and private healthcare stakeholders across a defined territory. Your performance will be measured by revenue growth, procurement success, and strategic account development.

Role Requirements
Lead the sales strategy and execution for the molecular product portfolio
Manage full procurement cycles, engaging with decision-makers at all levels
Track and adapt to changes in NHS payment structures and procurement processes
Develop strong relationships with key clinical and procurement stakeholders
Work closely with marketing, technical, and service teams to align customer messaging
Person Specifications
BSc or BA in Life Sciences or relevant equivalent
Field sales experience in molecular diagnostics or background as a Biomedical Scientist
Strong understanding of the IVD or clinical diagnostics market
