Excellent progressive opportunity for an experienced diagnostics sales person for rapidly growing developer, manufacturer and distributor of advanced healthcare products.
Role Requirements
· Responsible for one direct report (Technical Sales Specialist)
· Promotion and selling a range of products
· Developing excellent business relationships with customers
· Mentor and leadership of junior Territory Managers
· Maintain and develop an excellent working knowledge of all promoted products
· Development and implementation of sales strategies
· Responsible for appropriate investment of budget expenditure
· Provide positive and constructive collaboration & communication with both internal & external customers
· Identify and follow up on business potential and opportunities including organising and running meetings.
· Timely and accurate fulfilment of Sales Administration duties
Person Specifications
· Minimum of a BSc in a Life Science subject
· Experience with Clinical Diagnostics
· Strong commercial background
· Goal orientated, independent and commercially driven.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
· Strong negotiation skills
