As a result of strong, recent growth our client are now seeking a Scientific Director (Team Lead) to join their dynamic team.
As an established and successful healthcare communications agency truly focused on scientific excellence, This agency offer a true blend of patient centric and strategically focused medical affairs and work with a variety of clients including many biotechs and specialist life sciences. They also provide a wealth of interesting scientific writing and medical strategy opportunities, supporting clients from pre- to post- launch.
Working within the dedicated Rare Deseases ‘pod’ team, you collaborate with expert client services and medical writers who together work with a defined cluster of Global, Regional and UK clients.

Person Specifications
We’d love to hear from you if you are a seasoned medical communications professional with a passion for writing, mentoring team members and leading a team. You must have an MSc or PhD in life sciences or related subject, with significant experience in an agency environment. You’ll also be a creative thinker, with the ability to provide input into scientific communication concepts for projects that meet client’s strategic objectives. You’ll be a great team leader and role model providing leadership, coaching and mentoring support to medical writing members of the team.
Package
Up to £80,000 per annum plus benefits:
