Role Overview

As a Healthcare Communications Senior Account Director you will play a key role in delivering on the mission of the agency and will be welcomed into a passionate, skilled and highly motivated team where a culture of fun, wellbeing and progression is encouraged.

You will be instrumental in the successful delivery of projects for new and existing healthcare/pharma clients which include some of the largest global healthcare brands. It is essential you have experience working with clients on communications and digital projects in this sector, from the initial brief stage through to delivery.

As a highly organised person, you will also have a positive and resourceful attitude and feel motivated to grow client relationships and revenue. Developing a strong understanding of workflow within the agency and how each role interacts with the internal systems and processes will be essential.

Role Requirements

Client Service: Lead client liaison across multiple projects. Build strong relationships, identify opportunities to grow your accounts and ensure your clients are happy.

Project Management: Closely manage projects from initial brief through to completion. Manage evolving requirements appropriately and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and on brief.

Quality Control: Rigorously check the delivery with attention to detail and collaborate with the creative, development and content teams.

Add Value: Share creative ideas with the team to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity in their projects

Team Development: Support your client services team members with regular training and catchups.

Leadership: Attend and actively contribute in leadership meetings to improve business processes and strategy.

Package

£60,000 – £80,000 per annum plus benefits
