Senior Account Executive
Role Overview
Looking to work for a fun, forward thinking Healthcare Comms agency?
We are searching for an exceptional, ambitious healthcare client services professional who is working on their experience and skills every day.
A natural and dynamic problem solver who will be responsible for working with the team, to lead projects across multiple client accounts and developing these relationships.
You will be responsible for managing and driving the day-to-day management of projects from
commencement to completion within the client accounts to which they are assigned, with the oversight of an Account Director or Senior Account Manager.
The ideal candidate would ideally have at least 18 months experience delivering medical educational, creative, digital projects and campaigns, ideally withing the healthcare agency environment.

Responsibilities
• A pivotal role in the agency team delivering educational and promotional campaigns for our clients.
A partner and champion of clients and internal colleagues, never a passenger!
• To drive the project management of projects including developing timelines, planning creative resource and managing finances
• Ownership of discrete projects under the guidance of an Account Director or Senior Account Manager, write and translate briefs into action, monitor progress and ensure delivery of desired results
• Understand clients’ business sectors and closely monitor competitors
• Build strong relationships becoming a key contact within the agency
Person Specifications
Experience and skills
• Experience in a healthcare agency delivering multi-channel communication solutions. Experience in Healthcare (POM) preferred
• A creative and analytical mind, with a proven ability to interpret large amounts of information
• Proactive and highly organised, with excellent project management skills and a proven ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with pharma approval software systems desired (VEEVA)
• Ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
• High level customer relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop and
maintain customer relationships
• Professional – Having the ability to communicate with clients, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and colleagues alike

which is 2% contribution by the employee and 3% by the employer
