Role Requirements

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met with excellence.

Lead cross-functional project teams to develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with client objectives.

Drive the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams, including medical writers, designers, and digital specialists, to develop innovative communication solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and scientific advancements, providing insights and recommendations to clients.

Person Specifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, communications, marketing), advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory guidelines, and the drug development process.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet client objectives.
