Zenopa are recruiting for one of the leading Med Comms agencies. They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the growing global family.
This agency specialisie in helping pharmaceutical organisations engage KOLs in their strategy and then leveraging the commitment to deliver more effective medical education. Put simply, they delivers expert endorsed medical education.
Growth has been driven from excellent service levels and word of mouth. There has been NO business development or marketing to date. Recognised by clients for their high energy, intellectual approach to projects, They have driven exceptional levels of growth within client accounts.
Person Specifications
You are likely to be currently performing well in a Med Ed agency / PR agency, but want the opportunity to grow, take more responsibility and show what you can do…
Experience
– Science degree
– Previous medical education or medical marketing agency experience
– Extensive experience working with KOL’s in a variety of disciplines, ideally all outlined above
– Management of high profile, complex projects eg international symposia autonomously
– Developing and co-ordinating high profile medical education programmes for large pharma clients
Key skills
– Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Scientific background, with the ability to hold high level clinical and scientific discussions with experts
– Ability to engage and impress Brand Managers, Marketing Managers and Directors in KOL planning and strategy, building confidence in Profile
– Confident, outgoing with a sense of fun and energy
– Adaptable, hungry, willing to learn with a desire to be part of a growing organisation and keen to embrace all aspects of a fast growing company.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand and deliver on clients needs.
