Senior Director of Growth Marketing
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director or Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts and drive demand for our groundbreaking protein sequencing solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to expand our market presence, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, the Head of Demand Generation will play a pivotal role in shaping our success in the biotech industry. As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:
Strategy Development: Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with Quantum-Si’s overall business objectives, including identifying target markets, customer segments, and key value propositions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product management, and other departments to align demand generation efforts with overall company goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation campaigns, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, webinars, social media, and partnerships to attract and engage potential customers.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling and educational content that resonates with the target audience, showcases
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Digital: Support performance of our digital channels, including website, SEO/M, and social as well as other traditional channels for advertising and tradeshow/conferences.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine messaging, positioning, and marketing approaches.
Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing demand generation team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to ensure the team’s success and growth.
Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the greatest impact on lead generation and revenue generation.
Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of demand generation efforts and regularly provide reports to the executive team on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for optimization.

Baseline skills, experiences, and attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing, or related roles within the life sciences, biotech, or technology sectors.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing demand generation strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a history of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Passion for biotechnology, genomics, and driving innovation in the life sciences industry.
