We have an exciting opportunity as a with a leading distributor as a Senior Field Service Engineer with a scientific leader in the gas chromatography and mass spectrometry industry. They have organic growth across the engineering division and are looking for an individual in the West Midlands that is looking for a new challenge. This comes with the benefit of full OEM training on well-established products and the opportunity to grow into a more senior role with more management responsibilities!
Role Requirements
· Being responsible for mentoring individuals and growing into a leadership role
· Carrying out installations repairs and maintenance on GCMS
· Training clients on products to ensure machines have minimal downtime
· Traveling across West Midlands region
· Working closely with 10 engineers in the team and managing the diary to ensure work is done to the best standard
Person Specifications
· Experience with chromatography instruments
· Great customer service skills
· Happy to travel across the Midlands
· Supportive to other team members to ensure the job is done to the best standard
· Experience in laboratory environments
