Role Overview

The role will lead the Analytical/Microbiology program on site.
– Compliance with ISO/IEC regulations
– Working with internal/external stakeholders to create technical strategy and analytical approaches
– Identification of, and action on, new R&D opportunities for the site to develop capability
– Upskilling of junior staff

Person Specifications

– PhD or Masters in Chemistry or similar
– Post-graduate work in an industrial Chemistry role ideally within Pharma or Healthcare
– Autonomous worker
– Strong communicator
– Track record of capability (knowledge/techniques) and expertise in developing capabilities of others
