Senior/ Territory Manager
Role Overview
Our client is looking for a new Senior/ Territory Manager to cover their North East England. Whilst there are some good key accounts on this area, there is plenty of new business and accounts to be explored so it would suit someone with a curious and driven mindset who can build on solid relationships with current customers as well as generating a significant amount of growth to drive the business forward.

Role Requirements
Main Duties
– Establishing and developing relationships with existing and potential new clients
– Lead generation through cold calling and events such as study clubs
– Follow up on leads through field visits, phone calls and emails
– Managing own diary to effectively utilise time and maximise sales
– Offer exceptional customer service to clients
– Develop an understanding of the biology and physiology related to dental implants through training and self-study
– Train and educate clients on Guided Surgery and CAD CAM solutions
– Demonstrate the implant system and its key features and benefits
– Ability to create bespoke solutions based on customer needs
– Troubleshooting with dental professionals and labs should they have any issues
– Attending and supporting dental surgery for new users of the system
Person Specifications
Whilst dental sales experience is ideal due to the nature of the work and the network, our client is fully open to candidates presenting from a medical sales background as well looking to move into working with a dental company
– Sales experience with track record of sales success
– Experience of working as part of a team and the ability to co-operate with other team members to make a significant contribution
– Enjoy good working relationships with individuals in customer, supplier and other organisations you come into contact with
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to take on and process technical and scientific information
– Ability to work flexibly to achieve sales targets
– Possess good IT systems knowledge in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
– A confident self-starter, someone who is high motivated and capable of managing their own workload to get the job done

£8,400 a year car allowance
