Senior/ Territory Manager
Role Overview
You will manage and grow accounts combining business development with relationship management to drive adoption of dental implant solutions and grow territory revenue.

Role Requirements
Develop relationships with new and existing dental professionals.
Identify opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and study clubs.
Provide product demonstrations and hands-on training to support implant adoption.
Educate clients on Guided Surgery and CAD/CAM solutions.
Manage your diary to maximise customer contact and sales effectiveness.
Support clinicians during early procedures and troubleshoot when needed.
Person Specifications
Experience in dental sales with a proven track record of success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and convey technical and clinical information.
Confident, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
Strong team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Comfortable with CRM and MS Office tools.
Package
£10K ote, uncapped.
£8400 car allowance (payable monthly), laptop, Phone, CRM & demo kit.
