CUSTOMERS: Procurement, EBME, Endoscopy, Theatre.
REPORTS TO: Service Contracts RSM
This post is responsible for the direct sales and management of Service Contracts dedicated to supporting the medical product range. Responsible for a defined territory the role involves account management of existing multi-year agreements as well as negotiation of new agreements.
o Managing all aspects of a sales territory
o Deliver regular business review meetings and gain feedback from the customer.
o Regularly produce high quality and substantial presentations, with the ability to sell value.
o Working across procurement, EBME, endoscopy, theatres and outpatients area in close association with a wide range of stakeholders. Forging long term credible relationships.
o Ability to work with a range of internal stakeholders and present a collaborative approach to the customer.
o Management of CRM, opportunities and future pipeline
