Role Overview

You will install, service and maintain their electron microscopy equipment for laboratories across Oregon.

Role Requirements

Install, service and maintain their electron microscopy equipment on customer sites.
Give telephone support, configure hardware and software configuration, and troubleshoot equipment.
Ensure repaired systems meet operating specifications, documenting service performed.
Propose design enhancements and improvements.
Isolate the system fault at the component level for electronic, vacuum, and mechanical systems and repair

Person Specifications

Knowledge of SEM or TEM.
Ability to travel regularly across the UK & internationally.
Experience with electronics will be beneficial, with experience in electron microscopy as an advantage.
Experience with current Personal Computer Windows environment and software installation and configuration.
Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation with strong client service attitude.
